...my face, at Dough, Brooklyn. The dough of these nuts is soft, fluffy, dense but light -- a cross between sponge cake and bread. Wish I went for the salted chocolate caramel instead of the impression-less dulce de leche (sorry DDL fans!). The filled Nutella donut was better than we hoped for though -- it's filled with the hazelnut spread and dusted with fine sugar and cinnamon. Even, soft, oozy bites all around.
